Calculating the value of a promotion – September 16

When considering a promotion, a higher salary is only one part of the decision. 

This workshop will help participants look at the broader financial impact of career advancement, including changes in income, benefits, work-related expenses, commuting, additional hours, childcare, and other personal costs. 

Participants will learn a simple, repeatable method for comparing their current situation with a potential promotion so they can better understand whether the opportunity works for them.
