It isn’t just you. We absolutely do live in extra stressful times with more and more challenges.

We hear a lot about self-care, but what is it? It is more than bubble baths and Netflix to be sure.

A solid self-care routine will go a long way to helping you stay on top of your emotional regulation and mental health which are vital for long term success in the workplace. This session will look at what it is and how to do it.
